Services
-
Loan comparison workspace
Loan officers build side-by-side comparisons of loan options, covering interest rate, fees, monthly payment, and cash to close, from the figures they enter.
-
Borrower reports
A comparison can be shared with a borrower as a web report or PDF. Each report states the assumptions its figures are based on and that the figures are estimates, not a Loan Estimate or a commitment to lend.
-
Company plans
A mortgage company can provide accounts to its loan officers under one plan, with the company name, NMLS number, and address set by the company’s administrator.
About Ask Mortgage
Ask Mortgage is a software company. Its product is used by mortgage professionals, including licensed loan officers and staff at mortgage brokerages and lenders, to prepare loan comparisons and present them to borrowers in a clear written report.
Ask Mortgage is not a lender, mortgage broker, loan servicer, or consumer reporting agency. It does not originate or underwrite loans, pull credit, set or lock interest rates, or approve or deny borrowers. The figures in a comparison are estimates based on information entered by the loan officer. Actual loan terms come from the borrower’s lender.
Ask Mortgage is operated by Ask Mortgage Technologies LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and serves mortgage professionals in the United States.
